CANCELLATION - If for some reason you wish to cancel your sponsorship, you can do so within 72 hours (3 days) from the processing of your sponsorship by contacting Scott Newton via email at [email protected]. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used for processing your sponsorship contribution.

NON-DELIVERY REFUND - If for some reason Arvin Global Solutions is unable to, or prevented from completing the production and delivery of the Gear Process Training Program, your contribution will be fully refunded, either by refund to your credit card or by check.

FREE COPY OF AVOIDING THE BURN TRAINING PROGRAM - You understand that by making a contribution of $1,000, you will receive a free copy of the AGS Training Program entitled Avoiding the Burn. You understand that AGS grants you license to use this training exclusively at your company and it can not be distributed or shared with any outside entity. The materials for this training program will be delivered to you electronically as notified via the email address you used during submitting your contribution.

25% DISCOUNT - You understand that you will receive a 25% discount on registration fees for all future advanced in-person seminars conducted by AGS on the topic of gear processing.

OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE - By contributing to the production of the Gear Process Training Program, you understand that AGS is granting you license to use the final program exclusively at your company and it can not be distributed or shared with any outside entity. Furthermore, you understand that AGS will retain all rights to the material developed.
